He is the Chairman cum Managing Director of the flagship Company. It is under his able efficient and dynamic leadership the construction works are today spread over North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Burdwan, Hooghly and Kolkata in West Bengal. It has been due to his extraordinary leadership the company at present is one of the Medium Scale constructions Company having turnover of around Rs. 100 Corer.

Mrs. Swati Das is a Science Graduate having more than 8 years of experience in various challenging Construction works. She is functioning as whole-time Director of Company and she controls the overall administration of the company including Human Resources activities. She is also richly contributing in other core area of business activities like planning under her able direction and control the company today is running most efficiently. The company is attaching very high important to health safety and environment.
